WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Conference and workshop registrants canceling their registration on or before September 27, 2017 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee.

Please note: No refunds will be given after September 27, 2017

CAN I PAY BY CHECK? IF SO, HOW?

During the registration checkout process select ‘Pay by check’ from the ‘Payment Method’ dropdown. Continue checking out as usual. Follow instructions below for mailing the check.

DO YOU OFFER A GROUP DISCOUNT?

DML2017 may be able to offer a group discount to institutions that register 10 or more people. To qualify, all registrants in the group must be employed at the same institution and/or on the same campus department. Discounts are only offered for the Main Conference Pass rates (Thursday, October 5 and Friday, October 6, 2017). No discounts are offered for Pre-Conference workshops.

DO YOU OFFER TRANSPORTATION FROM THE HOTEL TO THE VENUE?

Hotel Irvine is the preferred hotel for DML2017. We will ONLY be providing transportation to and from Hotel Irvine to UC Irvine, during the morning and after the program concludes in the evening. Please plan on using UBER, Lyft, or a taxi since the shuttle times will be limited.

WILL YOU OFFER MEALS?

The pre-conference workshop scheduled for Wednesday, October 4 offers lunch as part of the registration fee. The main conference offers a coffee break in the morning and in the afternoon. Participants are free to explore the various lunch options around campus during the main conference event Thursday, October 5 and Friday, October 6, 2017.
