Digital Media and Learning Conference 2017

October 4-6, University of California, Irvine

DML is a 2-day conference, featuring experts on cutting edge learning practice and design with a focus on access, engagement, and equity for all young people.

The Digital Media and Learning Conference is an annual event supported by the MacArthur Foundation and organized by the Digital Media and Learning Research Hub located at the UC Humanities Research Institute, University of California, Irvine.

The conference is meant to be an inclusive, international and annual gathering of scholars and practitioners in the field, focused on fostering interdisciplinary and participatory dialog and linking theory, empirical study, policy, and practice.

Teachers, librarians, makers, scholars, after-school program coordinators, museum curators, and many more who believe in the potential of digital media to make learning more accessible, engaging, and equitable for all converge at the DML Conference. You’ll network with a vibrant, leading-edge community of digital thinkers and doers across the entire spectrum of formal and informal education, and be immersed in the most current original research, new tools, and critical dialogue in the field.

The eighth DML2017 Conference will be held between October 4-6, 2017 at the University of California, Irvine. Come and join us.
